An American motorcyclist died after he fell in the head during a freestyle competitions, in Costa Rica.The images are shocking.

Severely hit, Jeremy Lusk came directly to the operations, which suffered a brain intervention.

Aged 24 years, American has been in a coma two days in a hospital in San Jose, the capital of Costa Rica.
